“RAMBLING ACROSS AMERICA” is about manifesting your dreams into reality. I am a regular guy who was working a desk job that I loathed. Looking desperately for any way out, I started reading about the Laws of Attraction one day hoping it would help.After going to sleep one night, I had a dream, a vision, like a sign from a higher power telling me to go forth and perform music across America, to share Tommy Ray Music.
Join me along my destiny as I traveled the “Confessions of a Dreamer Tour” along the roadways in my truck armed with nothing but a dream.

Tommy’s “journal format” is enjoyable to follow and and paints vivid imagery of the sights and sounds of his cross country trip. As a friend and brother musician, I am glad Tommy created this opportunity for himself. I know the experience was life changing. Dreamers dream, Doers do…. Tommy is both and anyone who has dreams and wants to follow through with them will really enjoy this book. 5 stars.

This book is geared toward finding motivation to take chances and exit your comfort zone. Tommy goes into great detail involved with taking leaps of faith. This book is a relaxing read as you prepare for whatever adventure you have yet to take.

This is a well written book about music, life, love, tears, happiness, uncertainty, adventure, and all of those great things that come together to define us. It’s all wrapped up here in these pages. As a songwriter, I enjoyed the elements of the book that deal with music — playing, writing, etc . . . As a dreamer, I appreciated the message. I am a lifelong dreamer. Some say a diehard dreamer. Always have a positive attitude. Tommy might be more so. He wasn’t afraid to give up the “normal” life to follow those dreams. As he reached all of his goals? No. He tries everyday to live a little more, and one gets the impression in this book that he will never stop. Some people might call him crazy. He gave up so much to follow a vision riddled with uncertainty. Tommy is an inspiration. You will read this book and find the confidence and the courage to pursue your own dreams. One thing is clear in these pages — life is short. There is no time to waste. If you want to feel as if someone makes you a part of his world, a part of his travels, and a part of his dreams, read Rambling Across America. This is a well written journey into the author’s heart and soul. Whether you are a musician, songwriter, or just someone who needs a bit of positive light in your life, Rambling Across America is just what the doctor ordered.
